Synergy between Hubble tension motivated self-interacting neutrinos and KeV-sterile neutrino dark matter

The discrepancy between the value of Hubble constant measured by cosmic microwave background observations and local low-redshift based has proposed many solutions that require existence physics beyond Standard Model (SM). One interesting is on considering strong self-interaction SM neutrinos through an additional scalar/vector mediator. Interestingly, also play important role in obtaining KeV-sterile neutrino as a viable dark matter candidate famous Dodelson-Widrow mechanism. In this work, we have tried to find synergy parameter space active-sterile mixing vs mass sterile allowed tension solution requirement getting DM candidate. get large amount consistent with both requirements free from x-ray constraints. Finally, embedded scenario supersymmetric model particle physics. framework, shown mass, required angle can be naturally obtained supersymmetry breaking scale around $\mathcal{O}(10)\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$. Thus, it would give testing ground for well signatures warm matter.

We show that massive sterile neutrinos mixed with the ordinary ones may be produced in the early universe in the right amount to be natural warm dark matter particles. Their mass should be below 40 keV and the corresponding mixing angles sin22θ > 10−11 for mixing with νμ or ντ , while mixing with νe is slightly stronger bounded with mass less than 30 keV.
